Berries N’ Cream
Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Beat softened cream, powdered sugar, and whipped cream (We used homemade, but you can use store bought with this).
Chop strawberries.
You can put them in a cup like I did, to go with the 4th of July theme, or simply put the berries in a bowl and plop the cream on top. It would go with any fruit just about, and might even taste great with chocolate. It came from a peach pie recipe my grandmother makes.
This cream is to DIE for yummy!

It is YUMMY! Whenever my grandmother makes the peach pie, my mom and I mostly just want the cream. haha So I decided for the 4th, maybe JUST the cream with fruit would be heavenly.. And oh yes, it was.

All this time I thought it was hard too, but when I got the recipe from my grandmother, I was like.. that’s it? haha I would have made this a LONG time ago if I’d know it was this easy. 
Isn’t it just the best when something turns out unexpectedly easy! I love that!

The recipe of Grandmas sounds yummy. It’s a good thing you were able to get it as some grandmothers pass away and their recipes are thrown out by well-meaning people who clean up before the sale of grandmother’s home.
If there are other recipes you would want from her, it would be a good idea to copy them off while you’re thinking of it. If you already did that, then you’re way ahead of many grandchildren who don’t think about it in time.
