One full meal, made extremely easy!

I found this on Pinterest, and thought no way!  This was a full meal, and looked incredibly simple.

I love meals you can simply throw together and once the timer goes off, you’ve practically have your full meal done.  Without much effort or clean up either.

This meal was so easy to make, and so yummy!

Saving Makes Cents was the source of this recipe. I did a few things a bit different, and  loved the results!

Easy Chicken, Potato and Veggie Meal

Chicken/Potato/Veggie

Chicken/Potato/Veggie

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 9x13 dish
  • 4-6 raw chicken breasts
  • raw potatoes
  • green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work)
  • Italian dressing
  • stick of butter
  • Bragg Organic Sprinkle Seasoning
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Arrange ingredients in 9×13 dish. Pour whatever amount of Italian dressing you think you would like over the chicken and potatoes. You can pour it on everything in the dish, and it would still taste great. Put lots of braggs all over everything, add a little salt. Pour melted stick of butter over everything in the dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

This was a wonderful homemade quick meal, that seriously had a wonderful taste.

Just as a side note, because I used fresh green beans and not frozen, I did have to cook it about 10 to 15 min longer just to get the green beans to soften more.

  1. Wow, so easy! Looks wonderful too. I’ll have to give it a try. That would be a great meal to make this week once we get into our new house. We’re moving and I’m sure I’ll be over my head in boxes most of the week. :)
