Easy Italian Chicken

Easy Italian Chicken!


  • Italian Salad Dressing
  • Foil
  • 2 thawed breasts of chicken (or more depending on how many you are serving)

Heat oven to 350.  Place the 2 breast of chicken on the foil, make it into a “bowl” that you can cover and pour Italian Dressing on the chicken. Mine looked like this:

This only has one chicken in it right now. :)

Close up the foil, or if you need more foil, put foil on top. Place in the oven for about 30 min. I normally like to cook it 10 min more, just because it’s chicken. 😉

I like to serve this with veggies and mashed potatoes.

It turned out SUPER moist and very yummy!

      I like that part about it too. It really was very good, surprising that is was so yummy.
      And the mashed potatoes I used are just as simple, but they do require a dish. Idahoan brand. 😉
