Easy Italian Chicken!
- Italian Salad Dressing
- 2 thawed breasts of chicken (or more depending on how many you are serving)
Heat oven to 350. Place the 2 breast of chicken on the foil, make it into a “bowl” that you can cover and pour Italian Dressing on the chicken. Mine looked like this:
Close up the foil, or if you need more foil, put foil on top. Place in the oven for about 30 min. I normally like to cook it 10 min more, just because it’s chicken.
I like to serve this with veggies and mashed potatoes.
It turned out SUPER moist and very yummy!
